About Our Practice:
Paul has been providing architectural services in Maryland since 1987, - working closely with contractors on design-build delivery, and with private owners on a wide variety of projects from new heavy industrial building construction to historic additions. Hundreds of successfully complete projects are used for manufacturing, retail, office, day care, educational, assisted-living, restaurant, religious, laboratory, and automotive/ aircraft uses.

We provide full architectural services from conceptual design and renderings through building permits and construction, with associated structural and mechanical/ electrical engineering. We specialize in new construction that is primarily 70% recycled steel achieving high levels of sustainability and energy performance. Our projects are located in central Maryland, though we have recently completed projects in VA, WV, PA, DE, NY, SC and FL.
